Industrial Architecture · Digital Strategy

Where digital strategy meets industrial reality.

Helping industrial and energy enterprises build scalable platform businesses and modernize IT/OT architectures. Engineering depth, product leadership, twenty years of enterprise scale.

Two patterns explain why most industrial digital initiatives stall.

The first is the gap between pilot and platform. Connected products and IoT initiatives reach functional pilots quickly, but the move from pilot to scaled platform business exposes capability gaps that no roadmap addresses. Architecture, product economics, and organizational ownership rarely advance at the same pace.

The second is the divide between IT and OT. Industrial enterprises run two operating models in parallel, with different risk cultures, lifecycles, and governance logics. Convergence is technically solvable. It rarely fails on tools. It fails on governance and on the absence of a shared architectural language.

Both patterns are solvable. They sit on the seam between strategy and engineering, and that seam is where I work.

Where the work lands.

Discovery

Start with a 45-minute discovery call.

A structured first conversation. Forty-five minutes, focused on three diagnostic questions.

  1. Where are you on the path to a scaled platform business, or from parallel IT and OT to converged architecture?
  2. Which of the gaps in front of you are technical, and which are organizational?
  3. What would change if the next twelve months were spent on the right gap?

You leave with a written diagnosis and a recommended direction. No proposal, no follow-up unless you ask.
